Updated conddb and dddb_tag tags

Fix after @peilian and @scelani spotted that the current conddb and dddb_tag tags were not correct: !45 (comment 7346817). The integration test now uses the correct conddb and dddb_tag tags: sim-20210617-vc-md100 and dddb-20210617. Also, the expected values used by the validator script are updated.

New expected values:

• Number of events the same: 18
• Mean of predicted mistag from 0.4553 to 0.4540
• Std of predicted mistag from 0.0421 to 0.0420
