Fix some QMT tests

• Where data has been moved to EOS SWTEST simply update paths used.
• In some cases where original data is not available any more, but tests is not overly sensitive to the exact data just use something else.

I expect two tests to remain broken, Tupling_default and Tupling_neutrals as these tests are sensitive to the data used and I was unable to find something that works in EOS SWTEST. So more work will be needed to fix these which I propose happens in follow up issues.
