Link RichAlgorithms against DAQEventLib explicitly

RichAlgorithms requires a symbol from DAQEventLib, but the link was missing as it was implicitly inherited.

With the modernization of the CMake configuration of LHCb this link becomes needed as the I cleaned up the upstream dependencies.
