Add sanity checks to CaloClusterEfficiency

Merged Nuria Valls Canudas requested to merge nuvallsc_sanityChecksCaloClusterEff into master

Derived form Lbcom #8 (closed) issue, two sanity checks have been added to the CaloClusterEfficiency algorithm in order to solve the problem.

It is ready to be tested.
