Do not use UTBoardMapping

UTBoardMapping is a namespace with functions to access some global storage, thus not thread safe.

Moreover the mapping it does is non-trivial only in the case of UT with Tell1 based readout (does it even make sense?).

This MR remove the use UTBoardMapping, but it requires a matching MR in LHCb (for new features in IUTReadoutTool).
