Add VP cluster efficiencies vs sensor number in VPClusterEffSimDQ

This merge request extends VPClusterEffSimDQ with another profile histogram that describes the cluster efficiency in bins of (sensor number, x, y). It's more detailed than the integrated one and mostly suited for cross-checking the per-sensor hit efficiencies introduced in Boole!575

Added 208 2D profile histograms for each sensor in the local frame mapped to channel numbers for easier plotting and direct comparison to the conditions above.
