Improve naming of UT deposited charge plots

The name of these histograms turn out to be the same, which reveals a bug in Detector project. The identical names cause following CI-test to fail: https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-master/2569/Boole/x86_64_v3-el9-gcc13+detdesc-opt+g/tests#Boole_boole-UT

This MR distinguishes these histograms by the sector types, which also correctly creates 4 instead of 3 histograms.
