Do not suffix line names with "Line"

In #130 (closed) it was discussed whether entries in the decreports should end in "Decision" (as done historically) or "Line" (i.e. just the name of the line). The former was chosen. Following the merge of these changes via !389 (merged), LHCb!2373 (merged) and Phys!662 (merged), the names in the DecReports are called Hlt1TwoTrackMVALineDecision which is a bit too much. We can remove the (useless) suffix Line from the line names which will bring us full consistency with Run1+2.
