Different rates with Moore and EfficiencyChecker
I have write some new HLT2 lines and checked the rates with Moore with Moore/run gaudirun.py Moore/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/hlt2_B2CC_example.py
and with the EfficiencyChecker within MooreAnalysis with MooreAnalysis/run MooreAnalysis/HltEfficiencyChecker/scripts/hlt_eff_checker.py MooreAnalysis/HltEfficiencyChecker/options/hlt2_rate_example.yaml
. I have set input and the conds with the testfiledb Upgrade_MinBias_LDST. I have used the Moore branch gmeier_efficiency_check. The rates are the same within 1 sigma, except for
- Hlt2B2CC_BdToJpsiKstar_JpsiToMuMu_DetachedLineDecision (Incl: 19.0 +/- 1.36 kHz vs. 10.00 +/- 3.15)
- Hlt2B2CC_BdToJpsiKstar_JpsiToMuMu_TightLineDecision (Incl: 112.3 +/- 3.15 kHz vs. 59.00 +/- 7.45)
- Hlt2B2CC_BdToPsitwosKshort_PsitwosToMuMu_TightLineDecision (Incl: 12.2 +/- 1.09 kHz vs. 6.000 +/- 2.44)
- Hlt2B2CC_BuToJpsiKplus_JpsiToMuMu_TightLineDecision (Incl: 70.1 +/- 2.55 kHz vs. 40.00 +/- 6.20)
Incl. is the given rate from the EfficiencyChecker (run over 10000 events) and the other rate is from Moore (run over 1000 events).
