Follow-up from "add dimuon track efficiency lines to hlt2_pp_thor"

The following discussion from !1567 (merged) should be addressed:

Changing to real-time reconstruction, I encountered errors for Hlt2Conf/tests/qmtest/test_hlt2_flavourtagging_sspiontagger.qmt test 😓

Every test that can run with from_file=True should be able run with from_file=False. If not, whatever it's testing might not work with real data either.
