• Add dimuon track efficiency lines to hlt2_pp_thor

• Add test references hlt2_trackefflines.ref and hlt2_noUT_trackefflines.ref to tests test_hlt2_trackefflines.qmt and test_hlt2_noUT_trackefflines.qmt

• includes !1616 (merged): lines to study hadronic interactions

To-Do:

• MuonMeasruementProvider used in VeloMuon and MuonUT seems not thread-safe, segfalut in throughput test (fixed in Rec!2887 (merged))
• Downstream method decreases the throughput largely: fixed by adding particle filters into control flow to reduce events before reconstruction of probe downstream tracks
• fix issue Rec#336 (comment 5686380)
