Replace MDF with RAW for lbexec use?

Moore uses MDF, production uses RAW file format names

This is a problem for running Moore using lbexec as the output file format drives the workflow in Moore config.py

If we do RAW->MDF everywhere it will require changes in PRConfig as well

Also online file format given in config.py - what to do with this?
