HLT2 combiners to be monitored

We should prepare a list of combiners per WG that would be useful to monitor. Currently we think it would be useful to have two types of histograms:

  • a histogram of the number of combinations / event for each of the combiner list
  • a summary histogram showing the rate at which the combination limit is reached for each combiner.

For the second histogram, it can be produced from counters, implementation of the logic has been started by @kaaricha
