add new single electron line

Please Note this is a merge to qee_upgrade and not to master

These are a copy of the single muon lines but:

• use electrons instead of muons
• the isolation cut is an annulus, not a cone, since this works better for electrons
• electron ID is explicitly applied (though takes the loose cut value -1 for now).
