Needed by !1150 (merged) to complete the currently available list of rare decays builders. To be tested with it.

I just added the builder and did not migrate anything to ThOr on these builders, since it's best done for the full file at once and there are a few functors missing (ProbNN, TrackSelectors and ProtoParticleFilters, ADMASS from what I saw).
