Draft: Adding B2ppbarmumu and B2Lambdapmumu selection (sprucing) lines

WIP: based on builders from !1021 (closed)

  • Adding selection lines for resonant and non-resonant B2ppbarmumu and B2Lambdapmumu decays -> selection has to be tuned and tested, for now there is only a skeleton
  • b_to_Xmumu_exclusive.py can be used for exclusive Xmumu selections
  • restructuring RD code into sprucing in spruce_rd.py and hlt2 in hlt2_rd.py selections, add both to __init__.py: -> inclusive dimuon line needs to be added to hlt2 line configuration
