B2OC: Add BuToDstD0 lines, and Bc2DD0 lines with D02KsHH (shifters PLEASE ignore)

Added BuToDstD0 lines, which are similar to BcToDstD0 lines but planned to be tuned differently. Added BcToDD0 lines with D02KsLLHH and D02KsDDHH (sorry for adding these all of a sudden, it only occurred to us recently that this would be useful)
