Update HltEfficiencyChecker docs for MooreAnalysis!55
Replaces references in the HltEfficiencyChecker docs of Tuple Tools living in Analysis -> MooreAnalysis as implemented in MooreAnalysis!55 (merged).
Docs changes only; one hyperlink won't work until MooreAnalysis!55 (merged) is merged, because the file won't exist on the master branch until then:
