B&Q double charm lines and Bc/Upsilon + X persistency

  • B&Q double charm (same sign and opposite sign) lines.
  • Add persistency to Upsilon->mu+mu- line.
  • Add persistency to Bc+->J/psi pi+ line.
  • remove cuts on track chiSquare and track ghost prob from all the B&Q builders

Attached the log on retention rates of all hlt2 bandq lines when running on 1k minBias events with no hlt1 filtering. Below the rates for the lines of interest of this MR:
