ALPS/B->gammagamma line

Titus Mombaecher requested to merge tmombach_qee_diphoton into qee_upgrade

This is the line for ALPS->gammagamma. I tested that it works, but it still misses the crucial ingredient of the CL functor for the photon ID. Otherwise the rates are still prohibitive.

The efficiencies at this stage are (without HLT1 filter, the AllEvents denominator is mandatory as there are no Photon containers yet etc. That's also the reason why the TOS rate is zero.)
