New calo reconstruction algorithm

Nuria Valls Canudas requested to merge nuvallsc_caloGraphClustering into master

This is a modification needed to execute the proposed calorimeter reconstruction algorithm from Rec!2661 (merged).

Since the proposed algorithm does the full reconstruction in one step, there is no need to have two sepparate algorithms for the Cellular Automata and the Shower Overlap.

This is ready for testing.
