Bandq sprucings and hlt2 lines
This MR is for populating bandq hlt2/sprucing lines based on run2 stripping framework.
Also update the Jpsi line mass window to +- 150MeV (it was 120MeV). This is triggered by suggestions from Run 2 Jpsi EMTF proponents: in high-pt region the Jpsi mass resolution is worse in the central region, a 120MeV mass-window may not reach a good enough description of bkg shapes.
Rates of all bandq hlt2 lines are tested using roughly 50k MB samples, and the result is (assuming 1MHz rate for hlt1, then the hlt2 line rate is eff*1000 kHz):
