add json parser check for Phoenix sink
Greetings,
First of all this is a WIP and that's why it's marked as Draft for now.
It is the qmtest that will validate the .json file that the Phoenix sink outputs.
Currently it just checks whether the outputted .json file is in proper JSON format or not!
Please Mr. @sponce do have a review here as well for mistakes, corrections and / or further additions.
