Extra Muon Bs2JpsiPhi Detached line B2CC

A Bs2JpsiPhi detached line with an extra non-signal muon of pT> 500 MeV in the event. Has to be merged after !1070 (merged)

To do:

• Is junction an optimal dummy particle? : went for system, whcih is a diquark state according to PDGid, but it shouldn't matter because the parameters are as following:

• Think where is it more appropriate to put the X2muBs builder

Note for the future: When FT OSMuon is fine-tuned for Run 3: fine-tune cuts on the extra muon (now loosely fine-tuned to the developing stage of OSMuon according to this version.
