Changes to the documentation required for @lpica's nice implementation of efficiency groups in HltEfficiencyChecker. I also corrected some typos. Please see MooreAnalysis!66 (merged)/read the diff for more details.

TODO:

  • Change any of the examples/printouts in the docs if this new addition changes them (I think the HLT1 printouts will change as a result of this).
