Draft: d02Kshh lines for Early Measurements

Renaud Amalric requested to merge amalric_charm_d02kshh into master

Used shared builder to keep consistent pre-selections between the different lines (see !1099 (closed)).

Cuts based on what was done for this channel during Run2 - but might need to be adjusted for the Early Measurements. Details of the cuts - see attached document Cuts_d02kshh_HLT2.pdf

Issue with using MINIPCHI2 (Segmentation Fault) with a reconstructed KS0, no cuts made on that variable

HLT2 rates estimation using MooreAnalysis: -WIP

OLD MR - HLT2 lines will be merged with the other charm EarlyMeasurements (see !827 (merged))
