XSec Charm : D0KSHH added KS-builders

Renaud Amalric requested to merge amalric_EMCharmXsec_KSbuilders into gunther_dicharmline

Added KS LL/DD builders to replace the previously used standard_particules.make_KS - cuts used here are similar to the previous ones but might still need to be adapted

Lines tested over a few events - ran correctly
