Update documentation for the change of naming of "TOS" efficiencies to "TrueSim" efficiencies, as implemented in MooreAnalysis!70 (merged). Please see there and the referenced issue for further description.

Changes only to the documentation so full CI-testing unnecessary.

Goes with MooreAnalysis!70 (merged).
