Update tutorial

Tara Nanut Petric requested to merge tnanut_tutorial_update into master
  • Update printouts to reflect current Moore version.
  • Update the outdated helper functions in the script in Analysing Hlt2/Reading data, and change to run with MooreAnalysis instead of DaVinci (DTT not supported anymore).
