Fix for SMOG test

Giovanni Bassi requested to merge fix_smog_tests into master

DIGI files containing RetinaClusters have been moved from /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/mdf_input/ to /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/digi_input/.
This MR fixes the file locations for SMOG tests.
