drop charm builders

Generic builders are dropped in favor of using ThOr functors. Best practices are followed (if they don't break with the logic of existing code). Parts of the code have been refactored to be able to configure the control flow. There is hopefully a small increase in throughput due to this.

The changes are mostly cosmetic, except for changes from !1442 (merged) and 3 small fixes in the hyperons module. Therefore the outcome of rates has only changed for these few lines w.r.t. master: 220406_charm_mdf_master.log 220406_charm_mdf_new.log
