Adding ttrack protoparticle reconstruction code. Makes changes to make_charged_protoparticles to avoid crashing when running with T tracks by adding supported track types to the algorithms that don't support T tracks Adding ttrack proton and pion standard particles with and without RICH, using the ttrack protoparticles as input
