Removing usage of old run1/2 calo code. Not appropriate anymore with latest changes. Improves consistency (electron PID and brem reco).

This moves the baseline reconstruction to use the selective track-matching algorithms and makes the new electron PID variables available in selections (which also rely on baseline).

Related to LHCb!3540 (merged) and Rec!2871 (merged).
