Update docs for MooreAnalysis!81

Ross John Hunter requested to merge hlt-eff-checker-docs-allensequences into master

Goes with MooreAnalysis!81 (merged) (which is waiting for Allen!850 (merged) and !1542 (merged), marked as draft accordingly), please see description there.

I also take this opportunity to update some of the plots and printouts, since HLT1 has improved recently.

TODO:

  • Reduce goals figure size in doc.
