Removing creation of UT hits in GhostProb and MC checking

  • Add a configured ghost prob calculation that takes an empty UT container as input.
  • Change MC checking to not link UT hits in the no UT scenario
  • Rename monitor_track_resolution to check_track_resolution.

Will have a small effect on the ghost prob performance.
