Update D0->KsKs HLT2 lines using the new flag to select LD candidates

Hlt2 lines selecting D0->KsKs decays, where one Ks is reconstructed from long pions and the other one is reconstructed from downstream pions, have been updated. We were using a workaround because it was not allowed to have children with the same ID and different input algorithms. Now the flag introduced in Rec!2681 (merged) is used.
