Speed up qm test by 10 minutes

Sascha Stahl requested to merge sstahl_make_test_faster into master

I noticed that this test was taking more than 10 minutes although it only ran over 50 events. The test enables debug output for the scheduler, this makes the validator take forever. I don't think it is needed so I removed it.
