Add calo efficiency checkers to all reco sequences

Add calo cluster and hypo checkers to all reco sequences.

So far, the calo checkers only looked at neutrals and electrons from B decays so they had to be run in dedicated sequences running in dedicated tests on samples with neutrals from B decays.

This MR allows to run the calo checkers on neutrals and electrons from any origin and adds them to the main reconstruction sequences with different ET thresholds. A dedicated checker is added for photons from electrons (brem).

Several tests will need reference updates.
