Adding track resolution checkers to options file

Suzanne Klaver requested to merge sklaver_add_mccheckers into master

This MR adds track resolution checkers to the options file hlt2_light_reco_pr_kf_without_UT_with_mcchecking.py such that these plots can be displayed on the LHCbPR reconstruction dashboard.

Local tests create the right histograms in the output file.
