Z+jet sprucing lines with persistreco added + fix to sprucing lines names

A Z+jet sprucing jet line with persist reco has been added. Since the rate of the Z+jet line is pretty low it would be interesting to include such a line with persist reco, that can be used to perform many studies related to jet reconstruction and substructure directly on data. A same sign dimuon + jet sprucing line with persist reco has been also added, it should be used for data-driven background studies.

Moreover the name of the Z->mumu and Z->ee sprucing lines has been slightly changed, in order to follow the convention SpruceQEE_"name"_Line.
