Split track types for monitoring and physics, add fitting (on demand) for monitoring

Split track types for monitoring and physics in the light sequence without UT, to fit all tracks for monitoring, but only use long tracks for physics.

The scheduler should make sure the Velo and Seed tracks are only fitted when the monitoring runs.
