Remove V0 monitoring lines and adjust prescale of updated Ks lines
The trigger lines defined in monitoring/v0_monitoring.py are removed. These lines were introduced for initial EMTF studies, but have been now superseded by more optimized selections.
In addition, the prescale factor of Hlt2Monitoring_InclKsKs_PR_Hlt1Monitoring line has been adjusted.
The line has been tested on 40000 minimum bias events (HLT1-filtered MiniBrunel_2018_MinBias_FTv4_DIGI sample)
