Replace the LoKi functors in the electroweak_singlehighptelectron line with the appropriate ThOr functors

@mvesteri, @rjhunter

Related to this issue https://gitlab.cern.ch/LHCb-QEE/qee-hlt-run3/-/issues/27 . Specifically, replacing the LoKi Functors used in the single electron highPT lines. Relevant previous discussions can be found Rec#272 (closed) (on SUMCONE) and Rec!3024 (merged) (For calorimeter information).

Rates and Efficiencies differ slightly between ThOr and LoKi implementation, but seem to be within an acceptable limit.

Rates were verified between the two implementations and Ross's own LoKi implementation (using big_minbias). Variation seems to be due to small differences in how the Functors ELECTRONENERGY and SUMCONE work now.

Efficiencies run on the https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/MooreAnalysis/-/tree/lugrazet_zee_input_files branch to get all the MagUp Zee MC data. There are small deviations in the isolation line efficiencies and everything else translates perfectly fine. These deviations are due to the same discrepancies of how the functors act slightly differently.

Suggested ToDo: Merge
