Make name of packer stream specific

Gerhard Raven requested to merge stream-name-in-packer into master

Explicitly set the name of the packer to include the stream name. This will make it easier in future to change the algorithm type while keeping the counters. In addition, when writing multiple streams this will make it easier to recognize which packer is responsible for which stream.

(specifically, this makes it easier to verify any changes to the persisted content in !1782 (merged))
