Update Sprucing test options

The input MDF files are updated with latest persistency, and the options for two Sprucing tests in LHCbPR need to be updated:

  • spruce_all_lines_analytics.py is used for Moore_spruce_rate_and_size test, it now uses key from file-content-metadata.
  • spruce_all_lines.py is used for Moore_spruce_all_lines throughput test, it now uses the same key as above. Useless checks were removed, and some raw banks are registered in streams to make it possible to measure the total event size/bandwith.
