Include the mass and decay time monitoring variables in interesting charm lines

The definition of the Delta mass variable in the D star maker in the rare_charm_makers.py is changed in order to use the monitoring.py script for computing it. The monitoring variables of mass and decay time are added to the monitoring variable list in the lines we are interested in.
