Include SMOG2 HLT2 lines in rate tests
Currently the recently merged SMOG2 HLT2 lines (!1833 (merged)) are not included in the rate tests. We would like to include our lines in the rate tests as simultaneous SMOG2 and pp data-taking is currently envisioned for 2023 (with exact details of how often concurrent data-taking occurs TBD), and these tests will give us valuable input for the bandwidth sharing needed between the SMOG2 and pp lines.
This MR adds the "ift" module (which currently only includes SMOG2 lines) to the list of modules currently included in the rate tests.
We would like to start a discussion about the best way to include our lines in rate tests: is this MR sufficient? Or is a different strategy desired since we don't yet know how often the SMOG2 and pp data-taking will run in parallel?
