Workarounds for failing tests in master

Mostly suppress fluctuating output from tests. Related to LHCb#151 (closed)

  • Update refs from lhcb-master/1885
  • use_temp_dir for all tests
  • Ignore DstData and event size counters
  • Ignore checksums for photons
  • Suppress stderr output in clang builds
  • Fix test_persistreco_output_realtime for v3 (started failing with !1837 (merged))
