Draft: Disable ref bot updates for hlt2_reco_pattern_reco_hit_masking with dd4hep

rename ref files for hlt2_reco_pattern_reco_hit_masking to indicate to ref bot dd4hep updates should be skipped

Just do a single test here, to allow a test of lhcb-rta/reference-update-bot!39 (merged) to be run.

Eventually should be expanded to all tests which are known to fail with dd4hep at this time and thus we want the ref bot, to currently skip any updates, until those tests are fixed and ready for dd4hep.
