Add `extra_outputs` to save the flavour tagging particles
The extra_outputs are added to BTOHHGamma(_GammaToEE), BToHHHGamma(_GammaToEE) inclusive line and BsToPhiGamma, BdToKstGamma exclusive and spruce line. The selections on tagging particles, GetFlavourTaggingParticles will be added once the event size test is done by the FT group.
